We've posted roles for fellowship facilitators, community organisers, and board members—but maybe you have something else in mind that doesn't quite fit those descriptions.

If you have a specific skill or role idea that could help THEA, we want to hear it.

What we mean

Maybe you're thinking:

• Research & analysis - diving deep into cause areas, producing reports or resources

• Communications & content - writing, graphic design, video production, social media strategy

• Operations & systems - improving our processes, building tools, managing databases

• Partnerships & outreach - connecting with other orgs, universities, or institutions in The Hague

• Specialized workshops - you're an expert in AI safety, global health, biosecurity, or another EA-relevant field

• Something completely different that we haven't thought of

The point is: you have a specific, somewhat specialized skill or project idea that would genuinely help THEA but doesn't fit into our other open positions.

What you need to tell us

Send us a proposal that includes:

• The specific role or project - what exactly would you do?

• Why it would help - how does this strengthen THEA or advance our goals?

• Your qualifications - what makes you the right person for this?

• Time commitment - how many hours per week?

• What you'd need from us - support, resources, budget, access to community, etc.

Requirements

• Some familiarity with EA topics

• A concrete, realistic plan

• Genuine commitment to follow through
