We're looking for someone to help build and nurture our EA community in The Hague! If you love bringing people together and thinking creatively about how to keep a community thriving, read on.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the person making things happen. Konkretely, this includes:

• Organizing EA Zuid Social - our regional gathering

• Running the Introductory Social and Fellowship Graduation - welcoming newcomers and celebrating their journey

• Hosting THEA Thursday socials - our regular (semi-monthly) casual meetups

• Innovating and experimenting - this is the fun part! We really want someone who'll try new approaches to retain people and keep them engaged with EA. What formats work? What brings people back? We're excited for you to test ideas and see what sticks.

What we're looking for

• Time commitment: Around 4 hours per week

• Experience needed: Some familiarity with EA topics (you don't need to be an expert, just genuinely interested)

• Vibe check: Proactive, organized, creative, and actually excited to make these events happen

We need someone who'll take initiative and follow through—not just say "yeah sounds good" and then disappear. If you're the kind of person who gets energized by bringing people together and actually ships things, we want to hear from you!
